Is my data secure?

Yes. The member area is accessed via a secure SSL-connection. Therefore, nobody can "observe" you while learning or read your private data. Comprehencia does not share your data with any third parties.

What languages can I learn with Comprehencia?

You can learn any language you want with Comprehencia. You can also learn other learning content like the capitals of the world (available as free data set), the chemical elements, etc.

Are there already word lists in Comprehencia for me to learn?

Yes. Comprehencia offers a constantly growing number of vocabulary datasets for several languages. You can use these word lists for your own study with no additional costs. You find these word lists as so called Challenge datasets or as public datasets under "Datasets" in the menu bar.

Can I import my own word lists?

Definitely. Actually, the most efficient way for you to learn a language is attending a good language course and regularly adding the word lists of each lesson to your Comprehencia pools. You will see that Comprehencia is really the ideal compliment to a good language course.

Where do I find good word lists on the internet?

There are numerous word lists in the internet. However, you will have to search for a while before you find the really useful ones. Examples for very good word lists that can be imported into your pools with few mouse clicks are:

Can I edit challenge, group, and public datasets?

Yes, you can edit all datasets in your pools. Whenever you import data from a challenge, group, or public dataset, you will actually get a copy of your own. All changes and additions to these data do only affect your private copy of these datasets.

What happens when my membership runs out?

You can still log into your account to extend and fully reactivate your membership at any time. Your vocabulary, datasets and learning history will be intact after reactivation.

What happens when my trial account runs out?

Trial accounts are deleted after some time. Your data and your learning history will be lost. You can sign up for a new trial account whenever you like.
